This is our house blend. A true staple coffee for us. Intended to be the workhorse of our offerings. It’s your every-day espresso turned up to 11. It is amazing on its own as an espresso……great as a batch brew……and holds up wonderfully in milk drinks. It will be the gateway coffee for those who are dipping their toe into specialty coffee.
We have sourced and blended this coffee specifically to highlight the amazing characteristics of each coffee while at the same time creating a seamless and perfect balanced cup.
The name comes from the location of our first shop. We sat on the boarder of Normal heights and North Park in San Diego and our area became coined as the “Edge of Normal”
